Marilyn Monroe - Speedpainting

For over a month, I had problems practicing digital drawings. I don't know how many times I would start something and when the lines looked rough, I would get so annoyed and shut it down. This went on for weeks.

Anyway, I finally realize my problems stemmed from my old pencil habits. My need to have precise and smooth pencils lines prevented me from being free with the digital tool. When I decided to let myself go of the obsessive need for details, the result is liberating. The free flowing of lines and the liberal expression of colors have set me free.
