I have been thinking about drawing this picture for a while. I hesitated because the photo has a soft focus. I was afraid I could not capture that filtered fuzzy look. Squint when you look at her dress, because that's how I sketched it. The part that I am not happy about is the hair. I tend to skip the details of curls and stray hairs. Well, there's always something to improve. Nevertheless. I just LOVE the process of selecting photo, planning the size and sitting down to create.

I welcome comments and feedback.

I love this drawing... you captured her very beautifully... I think the hair needs more contrast (but I like how the face attracts your attention). I know she's blond but if you make her hair a little bit darker in some parts it may look better.
It doesn't change the fact that it's an awesome drawing! ;)

I agree that more contrast in the hair would have been better. The light touch of creating soft and fuzzy held me back. Nevertheless, I am glad you like the drawing. Thank you, little-miss-messy! :blowkiss:
